you'd get better responses in the hunting forum, they tend to know more about different genus/species of mushrooms.

Hello friend;

if you use the "Search" feature for the keyword "clitocybe" in either the Gourmet and Medicinal Mushroom forum or the Mushroom Hunting forum, there is a wealth of information on the clitocybes.

However, I have never heard of any of the clitocybes being artificially cultivated, although this by no means means that they cannot be.

There are quite a few different species of Clitocybe. It's hard to say which species you are referring to. I've never heard of "cow's stomach." The most popular Clitocybe is C. nuda, the 'Blewit'; it is easy enough to cultivate. If you tell us why you want to cultivate them, that might shed some clues as to your desired species.

You could also try to give a proper description of the mushroom. Use this from the hunting forum ID request procedures.
------------------------------------------------------------------
It is critical that you describe mushrooms fully and accurately in order to get a proper identification.

A good picture of the mushrooms is invaluable.

Along with the pictures (if possible), please include the following:

a. Habitat (where [state/province/country] and what does it grow on)
b. Characteristics of the gills (color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc)
c. Measurements of cap and stem.
d. Characteristics of the stem (color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc)
e. Characteristics of the cap (color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc)
f. Spore print color (very important!)
g. Color that the mushroom bruises
h. Scent of mushroom
