I take my dried mushrooms, put them in a litlle expresso grinder . I then put them in gel caps. Each one holds a gram. Makes dosing easy and not bad taste

you cracker... size OO gelcaps can only hold half a gram, and i dont see how you think you came up with this, the tek for that has been on this site for yrs.... dumbass

where do you get gell caps? how long does it take to kick in?

you can get all sizes of gelcaps at the local health food store (atleast most of em, or even general nutrition center).... and it doesnt take too long to kick in cause the powder has more surface area than a chewed up shrooms so the more surface of the psilocin and psilocybin touching the stomach acids the faster itll be degested... so it wont take as long as just chewing them and swallow but the difference isnt too much to shit a brick over, but it does indeed kick in faster, i've been selling and taking my shrooms like that for about 2 yrs now... never once have a problem, i think its a great way to dose and ingest... and the gelcap filler thing is easy as hell to make..

Cracker, I could be black as the ace of spades. If you pack and tamp you can get 1 gram into the caps. I use digital scales and it works. I am sure i am not the first to do this or post it but I was just sharing... Now you have hurt my feelings.... need to drink another margarita

Health food store. Even have little kists that make packing 50 of them fairly easy. Go with '00' or '000' size caps. Dimiishes take off time by about 5-10 minutes. It's the only way I can get the girlfreind to take them

didnt mean to hurt yur feelings or anything, i appologize.. i dont wanna start a flame war or anything of the like.. but i've never been able to pack a full gram into a size OO gelcap, ever... i too have accurate electronic scales that measure down to .001... but owell.. if u can fit a gram in there than so be it... i just sell mine half a gram per cap... seems to do fine... and i love the way you can disguise them in medicine bottles as gensing (sp?) or some other supplement...

An even better way is to just eat them straight everytime and slowly acquire the taste of Psilocin, and learn to enjoy the taste.
