Split trunks on shrooms?

OK, i finally get some shrooms to grow, and now the little bastards are starting to look like mutants. two are deep deep blue on the stems and really short, but the caps are already flattening. two start out as one trunk, split into two, then grow back into one cap. one is growing in circles and has almost knotted itself up. anybody got any ideas? are these all still safe to ingest? thanks guys, miastor

i got a few weird ones in my crop too... one grew out of the cake and basically did a 180.. then started growing back into the cake..
