well, I ate a couple to see what they tasted like. Then someone told me they might upset my stomach if I eat them raw so I stopped doin that. My friend says just fry them in butter and eat them, but I'm thinking of putting them in an omlette.

THIS is how you cook oysters, fools Ingredients: Oysters (of course) I'd say at least 4 per person 1-3 stick Butter (estimate 1 stick of butter per 10 oysters) 7-10 cloves garlic, minced 6-10 green onions, chopped 3-5 medium tomatoes, chopped 1-3 red chili peppers cilantro fresh bleu cheese, crumbled OK fire up the grill on a pan on the grill melt butter and garlic. next add tomatoes and all other ingredients except the bleu cheese. let simmer for at least 20 minutes. scrub oysters. let soak in water for a minutes then lay them in the grill then close the grill. wait like 3-5 minutes and they all should be opened. now crack open the oyster and lay on grill shell side down, making a liitle bowl... crumble some bleu cheese, top with a spoonful of the sauce, cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Wrap oysters with half strips of bacon. Place a tooth pick through the middle. The bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or so at a reasonable heat.

smoke the oysters or buy smoked oysters here is my favorite new recipe I just made yester day
1 8oz package cream cheese 1/8 cup milk 1-2 Tbsp mayonaise 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce dash of Tabasco and salt 1 can smoked oysters, chopped paprika and chopped parsley
Instructions: Combine first 6 ingredients and blend well. Add oysters. Put into serving bowl, sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with mild crackers, like Towne House or Ritz.
