To stop sticking add a little pinch of gypsum. I never had luck adding verm.

Grain sticking to jars should not be a problem , especially if getting moisture content right . You should also shake all the grain real good once cool enough to handle .
Verm will just take up space and once you do shake it will not be on the botom anymore .

Trips right, moisture content is a Bitch to get right, but once you do
Adding verm. to your cake might hold some moisture so it may work, but then again you might just create a pool of wbs goo with verm. yuck, lol..
Good luck

I've made goo! But I simmer my grains for 45 mins. or so. Then PC for 75 mins. WBS, popcorn, or whatever, water content will haunt you til you find what works for you. But a knife tip of gypsum and shaking the hell out of your jars when they are fresh out of the PC and still super hot. Beat them off a phone book. Be careful to look for broken jars first. I had 26 stitches from a cracked jar I overlooked, as soon as I struck it, I was cut.

Umm...toasty...uh...Lol, i don't what to say,lmao
But beating your jars doesn't sounds like the way to go, If you get content wrong, then regardless of what you do, the water wil still make it's way down and into goo....And what do you mean knife-tip of gymsum, you're not taking about opening the jars after you Pc....are you?  open jars after pc=

No I meant added before PC'ing. I always shake the crap out of my jars any way. Popcorn not so much as WBS.

Always shake the hell out of jars when hot and a knife tip of gypsum is a good thing. A better thing to beat your jars off of (perfectly fine if your carful) is a bouncier thing, like a tire.
