i've been using plastic tuperwear jars to hold my sobstrate, but when i boil them a lot of moisture builds up and remains staning on the inside of the container wall. Will this promote contamination? should I not inoculate, or maybe just wait a couple days for the moisture to evaporate or seep into the substrate...

It's only condensation. It's normal. Don't wait.
