Birth question

ok, my cake has been its jar for about almost a mounth now.(slow as fuck). and the sides of the jar about 85% colonized. but the bottom of the jar is not colonized at all. do i wait until the bottom of the jar is completly colonized until i birth? or not?

If you not going to case with it, yes, wait until it's 100% colonized.
