Your mushrooms are NOT Psilocybe Cubensis. They are definitely a species of Paneolous, the black print confirming that. Psilocybes have a dark puprle to purple brown print. Aside from that, the characteristics of your specimens do not remotely resemble P. Cubensis. Yours are not active and not worth eating.

Good pics. tyler, thanks. At the top of the forum, you can find a list of trusted mushroom id people, I would get a + from one of these. They look pretty much like copes, i think, except for the blue, they should be bluing up a storm.

You need to learn how to make a spore print. Leave the cap face down on a piece of white paper, and let it sit over night. The spores are released slowing and it takes a while for enough of them to accumulate to properly verify the color.
A black spore print will verify that your mushrooms are of the genus Panaeolus. There are quite of few different species of Panaeolus and most are not active. The active ones can be distinguished from the others by an immediate clear and distinct blue bruising reaction. Yours did not bruise blue; they are not active.
A guess at species is Panaeolus sphinctrinus, or something close to it. Very nice photos.

They don't look like copes, and if your positive they are "blueing" on the stem, then they could either be Panaeolus Subbalteatus (very doubtful), or Panaeolus/Copelandia Cyanescens (very very doubtful). I am not sure they are sphinctrinus, but in your situation I would listen to shroomydan.

The stem is darkining, but not really blueing...:( Thanks a LOT, everyone ! I love my digicam ! I guess they are not psycoactive.....o well... Post some more info if you gots it. Here is one more pic of all the ones i picked : I love to find shrooms, even if they arn't active, so today has been a good day... I pinched the stem w/o the cap and its not blueing. ~Tyler~

Not all pans are gross though, Panaeolus Solidipes is a very tasty mushroom and worth eating =) It grows mixed in with patches of subbalteatus on rotting hay and horse dung.

Panaeolus Solidipes= Pan. antillarum, so we know it's not that.
It's definately some kind of Panaeolus or Panaeolina, but as far as activity is concerned, I have a feeling they're not active.
