I think i'm going to just start growing gourmet mushrooms. Do you know of any gourmet mushooms that can be grown using the MMGG method with brown rice or birdseed?? If so where could i get a print or should i just buy one and try and clone it???? thanks for the help

Probably oysters. But better use straw or supplemented woodchips for it. Cloning a grorcery store mushroom works ok.
