Im wondering, what is nitrous and how do I use it, and what does it do?

Oh well you should have specified huh? When on mushrooms nitrous will greatly increase the effects. Momentarily rocketing you a good level or 2 higher then you were. I'd recommend it as long as your ready for the effects becuase they can be very intense

According to "The Psychedelic Experience FAQ" from Erowid

"Nitrous oxide (N2O) will often propel the trip into level 4/5 for a few minutes. Don't forget to breathe air every now and then when trying this."

n2o is fun as hell but not very good for your brain...i only do it once and awhile.

i watch ppl blow thru entire cases of them in a night, now that is definitely not healthy! if you wanna kill brain cells just get drunk.

It's not going to kill your brain cells, unless you don't breathe any air. Though it can deplete your supply of vitamin B12, so if you use it a lot take a supplement.
