Cactus ID Please!

This cutting was collected from the wild in Kenya where they were in abundance. Out there they were seen at over 12ft in height. This is about 18inches and does grow quite quickly. You should get all the details you can from the pics but LMK if you require more.

No doubt a Cereus species. It may be growing "wild in Kenya," but as we should all know the Cactaceae are a New World plant.

definately looks like a cereus to me, not sure the species.
