Swamped with abhorts

As a first time grower, i'm getting a little worried that so many of the new sprouting Cubensis shroomies are turning black/rotten before they've gotten to be even a 1/2 inch tall. They were mostly coming in pretty nicely at first, but now they're growing in little colonies of spoild-ness. I have a perlite base with 9 cakes. I'm not sure if its too much water, too much/not enough sun, or what... Please help! Thank you kindly. -----Pookey

Too wet. Put those cakes on a piece of foil and stop misting if you are. Also, increase air exchanges.
