poor germination

I have recently had a problem with the germination of spores into the cakes. Most of them have only three points of germination, while the fourth have yet to do anything. I used all the spore solution in the twelve jars so no more of that strain is left. They are the Thai from SC. Is my only chance is just wait for it to fully colonize or what?
