 Dosage Help !!!

I was just wondering and i know i am being stupid for asking this, but i want a level 5 and i did shroomz two times before... To get a level 5 if i take 7 grams would that be too much or will anything hurt, Or what will happend ? I just need To know becouse i am not sure at all, and i want a level 5 but i dont know how much i have to take...

Getting a level five is not always about dosage. You need the proper mindset going into the trip along with a high dose to shatter your ego. If you have only done shrooms a couple of times before I would go for a strong level 3 or level 4 next time just to prove to yourself that your ready for a level 5. I don't know how much it took you to trip the last couple of times but take that and another half and see where that puts you. So if you took 2 grams before, take 3. If you took 3 grams then take 4.5 and so on. You have your whole life to trip, no need to rush into a level 5. If your not ready for the experience, you may never want to shroom again... let us know how it goes!

dr shulgin's 4 level scale posits that levels 1 through 3 corresepond roughly to dosage, but ++++ experiences happen when they want to...

Have to agree with that! Set and setting. I have eaten a half ounce , (around 7 grams dry) at a time and did not achieve "level 5". I achieved a strong effect from the drug, don?t get me wrong, but it was not a break though type of experience. When I did find a level 5 It was with less,( a little over 4 grams ) and in the proper place in my life. Plus it is really hard to judge how much psilocibin you are getting from the shrooms. There are a lot of factors;. how they are dried (if they are), grown, strain, etc.. I have had single caps that feel like grams and grams, and grams and grams that only seemed like single caps. If I had to offer any advice I would say don?t put too much into trying to achieve anything from them, This is the state I had to be in to ?turn on?. Don?t look for it, it will find you. Good luck.

To DXQuack... 7 grams is a half-half ounce.. like a quarter.. but for me i usually get the level with the amount of grams i eat.. level 4 with 4 grams. 5 with 5grams.. and thats the most i've tried... its great having low tolerances... less money for me to spend

if youre growing your own then this will work, heres what i did: it takes about 8 days in the dessisant chamber for youre shrooms to dry. well i put mine in and 5 days later comes FRYday! the shrooms werent completely dry but they were close to it (a little wiggly) the first flush gave me and a friend each 27 (almost dry grams) well to put it bluntly we each ate our 27 grams of those disgusting shrooms! before i could even finish them i was getting that light headed feeling. 30 minutes after i devoured them the grass was turning orange!! i thought that would be it but within an hour and a half i forgot how to talk. this was the most unbelievable experience ive ever had. id recomend everyone to try it!!

As Mckenna once said, "when in doubt, take more."
This is not something that I live by and not something I would reccomend. Just remember, you can always try to get the trip you're looking for again. But there is no coming back from a heroic dose. I'd suggest getting to know the mushrooms a little bit more first. And like many have posted before me, set and setting are number one.
You can feel yourself when you start to slip away. Then when you think you're gone, you slip a bit more, and more, and more, and more, until slipping isn't the word to use.
Just take it slow. Stick with it and it will happen when the mushrooms allow it to happen.
