I wouldn't. I had the flu and ate 5 grams of pan subbs once and had a rather shitty time. It's a lot easier to notice how sick you are when you are tripping and really drags the experience down. I'd just wait to you are in top physical and mental condition to dose, it makes the trip run a lot more smoothly IMO.

I tripped on a mildly bad cold once. It didnt bother me to bad, but it was uncomfortable at times. Blowing your nose while tripping is the wierdest feeling ever lol. If you got the flu or something I really wouldnt though, just depends on how sick you are.

  I would wait.......however i've heard plenty of reputable stories about people who were sick, tripped, and came down healthy.  :laugh:

I tripped when I cold once too and I think my mind empahized the sick feeling and made me keep focusin on the fact that I was sick.

I agree with spleen on this one.

The first time I tripped I had a bit of a cold and stuff, nothing to serious I've had a bit of a flu type thing(just coming off it).

Both times I had great experiences(I was really pepped up for it both times though I suppose) and when I was sober I felt much better.

But seriously if you aren't feeling comfortable about it or you're really genuinly ill I'd lay off it until you're sure you'll have a blast. Best of luck to you either which way!
