gorging on the light
    #3547405 - 12/27/04 10:59 AM (12 years, 5 months ago)

many here may already know about my theories of frame stacking, which, for me at least, explain entheogen - it goes like this:

everything coming into the brain in an single moment normally fades rather quickly, as the next moment floods the stage.

with entheogen, the fading is slowed down so that moments of input (frames) stack up, and we experience a few or many complete sensoria as if more than one dimension or more than one time existed.

this morning I was seeing golden bright areas on my bedspread and body kaleidescopically (from frame stacking) and as usual I responded eagerly with the term gorgeous.

Possibly this is what I yearn for when I am not in meditation or not on salvia. I guess it is rather primitive to be hungry for light and pattern.

on salvia I am hungry and I gorge on the light or engorge myself, and so I become engorgeous. (then of course I seem to go nuts and have to take off my clothes and often run around the bedroom with a cup of water - somehow it seems worth it)
