Things you live for.
    #3544849 - 12/26/04 07:37 PM (12 years, 11 months ago)

Seeing as how we all have different backgrounds and point of views on certain things, I'm just wondering what are the things that keeps your instinct to survive to keep going?
what do you live for?
what's the reason you get up every morning?

God,family, cannabis, just to name a few for me.

Don't you ever feel that sometimes you just keep living because your scared of death?  :stoned:

I feel that life is too precious to waste. I live for living, every moment is unique, and i try to enjoy my life as much as possible.

I live to laugh at the mundainity and to appreicaite the knowlege that my next breath could be my last.

OH! and sex is good too. i live to fuck like a jackrabbit  :doggystyle:

Good old animal instict and raw passion. Great

I still have an inordinately large amount of knowledge to gather.

Plus I feel there is still something I need to do, here.

Ditto.

I'm not afraid of dying. I was afraid about 10 years ago. Then I realized that we don't end, we just don't how we're going to end. Our existence still goes on, just in a different composition and in different surroundings, I think.

The first thing that comes to mind is my girlfriend. That relationship is the best thing in my life at the moment. But at the same time, I know it will come to an end one day. And what then? Will I just give up and take my own life? Hell no! Everything changes all the time. My love won't last forever, but nothing does, including sadness. Everything is transient, all flows..

I live for death, mostly. Death keeps me going, as life is just the great sex before the orgasm.

When my time comes, may I spill out of this body and into the womb.

"the wow factor"

exactly. hardly a day goes by when im not forced to just drop my jaw and go fuck what a beutifull world.

and the things out there i still want to see, buddhist monastareys, the rain forest, the thousand parrot conservatory, the cloud forests of costa rica, the floating reed people of peru, the ruined aztec temples.

and then theres drugs!

and friends of course, and the feeling you get when someone wants to be with you just for who you are.

and music, that makes you laugh or cry or dance

yeah theres lots to live for

cats
