PM me when you know...
I've heard from a friend of mine who works as a head chef that you can probably find it at Kensington Market, but I've yet to confirm this.
Let me know

Go to a health food store and see if they can special order it for you. It may take some asking, but you can usually get a 25lb bag for about 12 bucks.

Do any of you actually buy it online? Some expensive ass shit to ship...you need to do some looking yourself and find a health food store where you can order it from. Or grain silos. Once you find a place you can regularly order it...no where holds much but generally where you can special order it they'll stock a few pounds...

If he cant find it locally then IMO he'll be better off working with millet which will work just as well and can be found at pet stores then spending 60-80 dollars for a 20 dollar bag of rye to be shipped to his house.

Why don't you ask in a bakery (provided that there is such a thing in canada) they're bound to know where you can buy it.

Always go organic better for the world. Which makes it better for you and the mushrooms too.
