well, this morning i got up to find many pounds of large mushrooms growing. normally id me happy. but yesterday morning the yard was sprayed for chinch bugs. now my questions are 1. is this poison dangerous. and 2. can it be removed by applying FIT? which is acclaimed to remove over 99% of pesticides. if that works then ill have maggot-free mushrooms :) (about 10 dry Oz worth) i took photographs of the blanket of shrooms i picked. wont bother scanning this time. ill post the pics when the film is developed. the information that came with the spraying said to stay off the lawn for 4 hours lawn must dry. poison is absorbed into the plant roots making grass poison to insects. the poison is supposed to be "enviromentally friendly" i dunno what to do, there are SO many big lovely mushrooms. but im afraid of wrecking my nervous system. oh. and check out my site. i HOPE its accurate. its got alot of useful info and pics gathered by me. http://www.geocities.com/psilocyanide/musho.html thats it. go go, have a look, i will add photos as they are developed.

well i used the FIT. maybe i over did it, now all the mushrooms are slimy and gross. ive got them drying all over the place. what i diddnt bother to reckon tho, it what FIT will do to the active ingredients. perhaps while removing pesticides it also removes psilocybin. guess i wont know till i try :P

Well there is a pesticide to ruin the day and mood! Hi Mitchnast, how's up? Like, what's up, but don't try the Mitchnast shroom hunting technique, he's been at it for years and wont regress. Besides, who wants to when you are the high-placed moderator of a shroomy bulletin board and you have the styles, I mean, like, the styles used to cruise and do two times as much loosin' it.... Peace, mushrooms, and Haagen Dasz. See, each shroom to me is a crucial find, so that kind of thing would disappoint my shwa.
