i played shadowgate for awhile, but i was too busy with real life to let it get ahold of me. I was borderline addicted... counterstrike on the other hand sucked me way in. 3 years later i was a different man.. **oops Shadowbane. sorry.

Shadowgate?? wtf.
Is it like the NES version? Did anyone ever play shadowgate, dejavu or uninvited on NES? Those games were awsome.

I played shadowgate and deja vu. I beat shadowgate but couldnt figure out how to finish deja vu. Good games for the time... only problem so much BS that kills you.

Both Thor and I are now playing on the Suramar server, so if anyone else wants to join this server maybe we could get a Shroomery guild happening

Yeah, this looks tempting but I gave Asheron's Call a year of my life.
-------------------- "A nation's hope of lasting peace cannot be firmly based upon any race in armaments but rather upon just relations and honest understanding with all other nations... Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed... The cost of one modern heavy bomber is this: a modern brick school in more than 30 cities. We pay for a single fighter with a half million bushels of wheat. We pay for a single destroyer with new homes that could have housed more than 8,000 people..." President Dwight Eisenhower, 1953

I was kinda snoody about never playing a game i had to pay a monthly fee for its online play.
I have been a warcraft freak since i was in about 7th grade when the first one came out and i played it with the asian kid across the street over direct modem connection. So i gave the beta a shot and they got me addicted. The game is just too fun. So much fun i gotta make sure it doesnt get me into trouble with my next qtr of school. I cant believe ive played it for a total of 6+ days since its come out. That is so much time wasted.

same here man...
The only mmorpg I would consider getting is Guild Wars. I played the beta event and loved it, plus they cap characters at lvl 20. So you dont have to dedicate 6 months of your life to leveling.
