About sprouting shrooms

I grew them outside on a cow pie and now Im growing them inside, their in casing right now.
Anyway, everything seems to go well until they start sprouting. They grow really tall (about 3"-5") within 2-3 days but they are really really skinny (less than a toothpick) and the cap is tiny too. They fall/ die within a day of this. My question is, what am I doing wrong? What can I do to help/save them?

PS: they are PES amazonian cubensis and the temp is room temperature, to keep humidity up I spray with water bottle, I also let air in a few times a day.

You seem to have grown not P.cubnsis but Pan cyanescens.
Do the turn blue?
They are primo, prick them, they are twice as potent as cubensis.
If they are cubensis though, then they have to little light and air exchange.
