Question about pasteurization...

I pasteurized some horsepoo in the oven the other day and I didn't have an oven thermometer available so I just set the oven for 250 for a half hour and turned it down to 200 after that. I let it go for 3 hours from the time I turned the oven on until the time I took them out. It was a packed oven, do you think that was adequate or should I do something more?

I left the oven at 200 to hopefully keep the substrate at 180ish, due to the fact that the substrate will be a little cooler than the actual oven temp. But you think it'll at least be sterile, maybe not pasteurized, but sterile none-the-less?

Aw fuck, I think I might have to redo this just to be sure, I don't want to waste my spawn because I've got horse manure thats PROBABLY pasteurized. The only problem is I rarely have an oven available to use. I'm 18 but still live with my folks and they're not cool with it at all. I've been conducting my grow at a buddys house who is cool with it, but he doesn't have a stove to work on, its a small shitty apartment. Now I gotta figure out when and where I'll finish this up. Grrr.

I have not had very good luck w/ the oven tek. I've sterilized (at least I thought I did) perlite, poo, and compost in the oven and ended up w/ contams in every one. I highly reccomend PC, or if you don't have a PC, boil it in jars using a large pot w/a lid. That has served me well, so far no contams!
