was everything prepared exactly the same? but still it could just be time. 3-6 days for spores to germinate, 5-7 days for mycelium to show up. so 8-13 days at temps 84-86F, substrate mixed properly. do you have tape on them? what is your temp? and what was your substrate mix?

there could very well be your problem, you need air exchange. another quick question. did you pack the substrate? but take the tape off, if the bandaids wont stick dont worry cause the layer of verm and some tinfoil does fine. but look into tyvek for future grows.

thats just the way it is sometimes. some strains are stronger then others. but it would be safe to say that the cambodians will stall eventually so go ahead and get the tape off of them also. if you have verm, tyvek and tinfoil you already have 3 layers of protection so you really dont need the 4th. but yeah rip that shit off and wait again.

if you have a glove box its always a good idea to do all your work in one. but in my case i would just spray the air with lysol, take of tape, wipe down tinfoil with alcohol let dry and then put the foil on the jar. but yeah if you have a glovebox use it.

I had some Mexi-cub jars that took about a month to colonize 100% and some were ready in about 2 weeks. All were from the same mix and syringe (BRF+perlite). I didn't tape the holes, I put coffee filters over the jars, incubated on top of my water-heater, and flipped them upside-down after 75% colonized. I also had 100% colonization w/ no lost jars(12/12)
