It is actually illegal to give out syringes with needles to anyone with out a prescription or doctors I.D.# The chances of get caught is so minimal that we do it anyway.
Most distributors (exspecially the larger ones)
will not even allow you to order them, Some will allow syringes only and some will not let you purchase balances (scales)etc...
The reason that they give is that you might be a drug abuser. If you are going to use an 18 guage needle to bang dope you need help.
