I think it's about time someone rewrites the MMGG? I'm sure you guys are intelligent enough, and can collaborate to make one bad-ass Growers Guide? What do you all think?

Why would we need to rewrite it? It just a simple guide to help introduce newbies to growing. Gives clear step by step instructions just like it should, its not meant to be the end all be all grow guide. Their are many other teks out their if you wish to take your growing to the next step. Maybe I'm not quite getting why you said this, if I'm wrong let me know more specifically what you had in mind.

Well for one example, they tell you to put a wire mesh in the bottom of a terrarium to set your cakes/casings on...no mention of Perlite whatsoever. A wire mesh isn't exactly very "newbie-friendly".

It's just outdated. Sure, it works, but it everyone collaborated and worked on just one massive guide covering everything from cakes to coco-fiber casings to agar cultures, it would be the one major resource for anyone, newbie to expert.
