Is This Bad?

Spanky recently birthed his first cakes about an hour ago. One of the birthday cakes had a very thin 'film' on the side of it over the mycelium. He didn't really think about it too much, and continued on birthing.

Is that thin film cobweb mold? He didn't really think about it until he started eating a sandwich after *rinsing* his hands real quick with some soap and water.

cobweb mould isn't really a "film" it is more of "an entire fucking layer" :smile: it is thick and fluffy and off-white (as opposed to myc whit) if the jars had a lot of room in them before you birthed them, then it could just be the myc growing fluffy as it often does.

give some more detail...
