Looks like a normal weed to me. It's obviously still legal because swarms of DEA heros didn't come flying in with flamethrowers to eradicate the patch....    **innocent lil plants**:rockets::piggy:

a 10x handlens would enable you to compare vegetative and floral morphology with published descriptions/images etc and possibly key it to genera.

I didn't sample it, my friend, but there's a very, very slight possibilty I suppose. Maybe I have to eat about 20 or so of 'em. Any volunteers?
