Cold SHOCK

Ok so i just birthed a cake and placed it in a container with water and a splash of bleach. How long do you recommend i leave it in teh fridge for?

I hope you mean a very small portion rather than a "splash" of bleach, shit is powerful.

12 hours should suffice.

i wouldn't have used bleach, peroxide works great.

12-24 hours is the norm, i let mine go for 24 hours.

i hope the bleach didn't kill your myc.

I could always remove it and put in an h2o2 mix its only been 15 minutes?? :confused:

might want to do that. Rinse the cake off with tap water to get any bleach off.

Done and Done Thanks so much guys you ROCK!! Wouldn't have gotten this far w/o shroomery or great peeps like yourself.

P.s. My first birthed cake that i placed in the chamber about a week ago had 3 pins four hours ago and 6 NOW!!!! YIPPEE Thanks again!! :wink:
