*Constant tiredness *Lethargy *Floaty/dissociated feelings *General disinterest in everything *Blah *I feel braindead
What does this sound like? I feel like I could flop down on the floor and stay there for awhile.

HUm............. Your fat ? Just playing. .............. But you have told me your over weight I was told by my doctor last week, that since the last time she saw me about a year ago......her exact words as she slapped my gut " If I was your wife I'd call you a fat pig " She almost broke my heart Then I was given a drug to control high blood pressure and a diet change etc..... Then I thought about it......... This past year I feel just like you described. Almost everyday hum............ So I started drink huge sums of water and that alone made a huge difference. AS did not eating any Dairy or wheat. Those 3 things have taken about 80% of my " Problems with laziness and depression " Away. Now I must begin to exercise grrrrrrrrrr Get up and move around and drink a gallon of water in the next 24 hours. You do that and I bet you feel better. Energy comes from food and water. To many time we forget the water. Our brains are electrical batterys that require the right amount of water to work right

Well maybe you should try to stop the caffeine. I finally quit all caffeine about 2 weeks ago. WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE. I had never stop using it in my entire life You know our minds can erally be our worst friend sometimes. Maybe you have just talked yourself into feeling this way ? Sounds silly and simple but that has happened to me a few times I also would like to add that anything we put into our bodies in very large amounts will have an effect on us.

No kidding that is exactly what I said. But I just took the headaches and did it. Now it has been awhile and I don't need it.
But waking up is much harder. I need a cold shower to wake my dead ass up

Seasonal affective disorder. Do you typicaly feel this way in the winter? I feel like that alot when it is dark, cloudy or the sun sets early in the day. Lack of sunlight tells my body and mind to go to sleep.
-------------------- 1. "After an hour I wasn't feeling anything so I decided to take another..." 2. "We were feeling pretty good so we decided to smoke a few bowls..." 3. "I had to be real quiet because my parents were asleep upstairs..."

Well, it's always hard to keep up with my moods, but yes. In fact, that was one of the things I was originally diagnosed with as a teenager. Which is weird because I love cold, gloomy weather. (or at least, I prefer it to the searing, cell-shrinking Texas heat in the summer)

I find that it is a little like getting a cold or taking bendryl, you feel really tired, lazy and sleepy, but yet strangely comfortable. I like winter days, I just wish I didn't have to do anything on them.

Well, I extended my workout today quite a bit and now I feel pretty good, although I'm exhausted.
