its like mycelium disapeard

2 weeks ago i have 2 cakes in a casing of 50/50 it gives it 3 flush only 4 mush.
and 1 cake in a similar little casing, it gives 2 flush.
in a way of experimenting i put the 1 only cake in top of the 2 cakes casing.
of course i forgot about perlite a t the botom , so i mix with a fork , doing a deep scratching,i put a layer of vermiculite and leeting sit there for 12 days now. i mist for 5 days(maybe to much)
today i decided to scrach with the fork to see wath happend... all is like wet verm. only ,the hard mycelium that i feel the other day with the fork is not there.
what could hapenn?? mycelium dead.
im only couriuos, if it dead, well it didnt work.
today im going to inject my first home springe(i hope it work).

My advice bilcapo would be this.....
Before you attempt a scratching tek on your casings is to follow the 50/50+ tek as close as possible.....
Dont become inpatient!!!!
If the mycelium is healthy and not contminated and under 95% R/H conditions IT WILL FRUIT no need to scratch it!!!!!
Under good terrarium conditions I have seen it takes as long as two and a half weeks before fruiting.....
Be patient and dont ruin a possible good thing!!!!
I've seen casings that were about to be throw out produce wonderful flushes...
