:First Time: I was wondering when I should remove the tape.

I'm using one pint bowl shaped tupperware with rather this plastic and tape is covering the center where I injected the spores (I realize I should have probally made more).
The jars are knocked up with 2 CC each and like I said have tape over the lid with no signs of colonization(I only did it friday though). I'm not really worried about not seeing growth right now but I was a little concerned about the lack of air.
When should I remove the tape?

Thanks in advance.

When you empty the container to clean it . :smirk:
If worried about gas exchange , "next time" use 3M micropore tape .
But leave it on till ready to birth , it is meant to keep nasties out, sub, grain from drying out  !
