I was wondering if anything can be added to your casing substrate to prevent the green and white mold from starting? Any help or suggestions are appreciated

Hey
Im new to all this, but i think that adding lime flour and oyster
shell to some casings adjusts the ph to a less contam prone level.
That would be awesome to find a foolproof way around contams,
but since were growing a fungus in a closed humid environment it seems
like contaminations are always gonna be a possibility, or at least
until you develop an understanding of the process through lots and
lots of experience(of which I have none).
