 so i went to a crystal-meth anonymous meeting tonight....

no guys, im not addicted to meth....but i was running around applying for jobs today, and i ran into an old friend i havent seen in a while. the last time i seen her she was so far gone into a meth addiction i was actually surprised to see her alive. well, she got busted on some firearms charges and did some time in prison, and now shes on probation for 3 years. she had just got off from work, and had to go to this meeting, but her ride was not there and she couldnt get ahold of him....so i offered her a ride. well, she needed a ride home from the meeting as well, so i stuck around for it.
it was quite the experience. hearing some of their stories really made me think. kinda made me feel like an ass knowing the kind of shit ive been depressed about lately. my life is a picnic compared to the shit some of these guys have gone through. meth is a dirty dirty drug.....

What if you set-up a table as you walked out that said - FREE METH - and then it had a whole bunch there. That could be like the ultimate test, as you walked out of your final meeting you are confronted with a challenge, and if you face the devil and walk away you are free to go. If you partake, then instead of being meth it is rat poison and you die. the end.

That's sounds pretty intense.
How old is this friend of yours?.. it's a good thing she's willing to attend the meetings and try to clean up her act. Everything I hear about that drug just sends a chill down my spine - definitely one to be weary of.

Crystal Meth is a dangerous drug.
I've smoked it twice when my ex-girlfriend brought some here from California. (I guess it's a popular drug on the west coast) She was addicted to it and all cracked out of her skull.. She was really skinny and talking a mile a minute. It was disturbing, but doing some strange drug from another part of the world with a former lover seemed cosmically romantic at the time. (coincidentally, that is the same way I ended up doing acid for the first time)
Anyways... When I smoked it, it provided the overwhelming feeling that everything was beautiful and life felt more like a pleasant dream. I walked around my apartment merrily listening to my discman and cleaning up everything. It's very dangerous because it makes you feel so damn good. I'm glad I've never seen it around here... who knows what might have happened?
eccchhhh... mind-altering drugs.... fuck'em. i'm sick of that shit. I don't even want to look at a joint for a long time.

Same here.
Weird thing going on today. I havent smoked hash for 1 day (yeah since some years, bong smoking all the time usually).
In the morning I took a walk. Felt really good afterwards. But its like my mind is trying to trick with me all the time like, hey, you are not stoned, you cant really feel relaxed, but I am. Really weird feeling, good and lilbit bad at the same time.

i have been sober from meth for almost two yrs now and i still want to get geeterd every now and then the act of smokeing meth is by far the funest drug to smoke oh well me eat shrooms now
