Oven Bags

Could one use oven bags to do the 3M easy "no shake" grain tek instead of 1litre autoclavable bags? That would be really cool if you could!

Ovenbags are often made of thin nylon and tear very easily, autoclave bags are made of thick polyproylene (PP). We use oven bags for sterilisation of casing soil because small leaks don't matter that much. I would advise against the use of ovenbags to sterilise substrate in.

I'm doing that tek now, substrate is collonizing at an exponential rate. i only made 2 bags, one bag had no signs of contam, the other bag is contam riden and was thrown out. (reched green mold)
