I tried this the other week and the results are phenomonal.
1 part Cooked Brown Rice
1 Part Cow Poop
1 part vermiculite
***If you feel the urge to add more water, now would be the time***
mix it together very well. I used a paint mixer attachment to an electric drill. Fill jars 5/8th full, don't pack doen to tightly and put the protective layer of verm on top. Viola. Cook at 15psi for an hour.

I ran out of brown rice flour on my last batch and tried a recipe much like this. I used one part hoffmans manure, one part brf, one part vermiculite, and one part water.
The cakes were slow to pin, but now I am amazed by the number of shrooms I will have to pick in the coming days.

If the under-observant asses would notice.... the post said cooked brown rice there's your moisture... also your cow poop should have a considerable amount of moisture in it.... if not add some water til it's moist.

My buddy did about 30 jars like this....15 of them he used a piece from a colonized PF BRF cake and put it in the clean coffee grinder with pure H2O2... he gave each cake 2.5 cc's of this slurry... with in 24 hours there was signs of new groth... with in 72 hours hearty rhizos where formed. The other 15 jars were innoculated with a cambodian syringe (an 8 month old one at that). With in 4 days the spores had germinated. Only 2 jars out of the thrity got contaminated.

I think if your going to go around saying it's the "new-PF" recipie you should atleast provide water-content. As for being "under-observant assholes", if you yourself were "observant" you would have seen your "new-pf" tek talked and written about before. Thanks for letting us know that you can mix manure in your cakes to make them grow faster. I'm SURE NOONE already knew about that one MR. Observation.

Hey, you got me pegged, I'm just an ignoramus. I did notice the rice was cooked. Still, I should have known better than to ask a stupid question like that. (sorry) I guess what threw me was the fact that some manure comes bone dry. I guess I'm still learning, thanks for the help, I think I'll give your tek a try.

Searching...searching...searching... Uh yeah, nothing involving this recipie. There is a similar one but they didn't use BRF at all, I like to use cooked whole brown rice, It helps things maintain moisture and with large grade verm, it doesn't stick to gether as much, so when you are ready to case them they crumble up nicel. Man we need cool people like Sean1234 and the Fuzzz back on this place. Everyone is way to critical. Smoke a bowl and relax

CluB99, man your a moderator you should pick up on this shit, no BRF in my recipie... That shit takes to long to mix up and costs a lot where I live. I like what Nagual says, Sorry if I got your panties in a bunch about calling this the new recipie... I wasn't trying to make anything official or re-write the manuals or anything...Ya know what I'll change the title of the thread to better accomidate things. jesus christ

Are you sure about that? Pure H2O2 as in Pure Hydrogen peroxide? Not likely.

i used a substrate similiar to that for my pan cyans and its coming great. i used
5 cups verm
3 cups steer manure
10 tablespoons brf
and as much water as you need (i used a little less than 2 cups)
mix this up and you got enough for 12 jars.
hey, you got to be genuine thats the name of this game. if you're real, then you aint got nothing to worry about, but if youre synthetic then starting tomorrow you're balls come off!

Ive been reading past threads, and from what ive gleaned
(no experience mind you) peroxide will kill spores, but does very
nominal damage to mycelium which quickly develops an immunity
to it.

Listen to you tear every little Idea apart. When I say pure H2O2, I mean straight from the bottle which is 3 percent... Not pure meaning 100% H2O2, you need to be a scientist to get that shit..... So yeah... it's fucking likely.

One little comment on ONE sentence, and chill, i wasnt having a go or anything.
And how the hell were we meant to understand what kind of h2o2 you were going on about? It comes in tons of different concentrations.
