You can find a pressure cooker at wal-marts fairly inexpensively, the brown rice sounds correct you'll just need a coffee grinder or something simmilar to make flour out of it. Good luck,

i got a pressure cooker at wal-mart for 30 bucks but it only goes to about 12psi you defiantly need one that goes to 15 psi and mine also only holds 3 pint jars which can be slow going.. the 12 psi worked as far as keeping the contams out with the brown rice method - 7 of my cakes are perfect -- but if you plan to ever use grains you should definitely invest in one that is about 18+ quarts (in size) you can find them on the internet (amazon.com) but they run about 100.00. if i had the money then i would have skipped the 30$ one and gone right to the big boy

also organic brown rice is the same as (so therefore will look the same as) regular brown rice--- it was just grown w/o pesticides or additives that some place use to protect or enhance their crops

We had a pretty good chain of garden centers in these parts. It was called Steins. Now it's "Steins gardens and gifts", and it's gone all foo foo. Ask for a lighted ceramic Santa with an apple scented anus, and they will lead you right to it. Ask for something to mix with your soil, and you get the "Wow! Man from Mars." look. Sigh.

Yeah i remember hearing about that too, that's probably why. Although it is these parts that bother me: "CRYSTALLINE SILICA IS ALSO A KNOWN CAUSE OF SILICOSIS, A NONCANCEROUS LUNG DISEASE." and "CLASSIFIED AS A CARCIN BY NTP OR OSHA." But again you'd probably have to be a big time lover of verm. , mycomancer
