Dunking

I have seen many references on this board about "dunking". Does any know of a good article about this procedure?

Its dark and humid in here. Just me and my fungus.

- fill the cleaned jar you took the cake out originaly with clean water
- put the (cleaned of aborts)cake into the jar
- put a small weight on the cake so it stays under water (ie another empty jar)
- leave alone for 24 hours
- take the cake out and put back into terrarium
