I was gonna either use 50/50 or straw+poo. Does plain poo work better? I just want to know what yeilds the most plentiful and heavy fruits.

Spawn your substrate to straw adn poo mixture then when that finishes colonizing case with 50/50 verm/moss and maybe some oyster shells to balance PH that is a bulk grow and if done correctly will give you the biggest and most fruits

Awesome man! That is exactly what I wanted to hear.
I have a case that is 4 inches deep. What layer proportions would you use? Actually, its about 3 inches deep since im using the tub-on-tub tek. 3 inches. Is that gonna give me enough room?
