How do I construct a spore syringe?

I don't think "construct" is the right word there, but anyway... I have read the tek at http://www.fanaticus.com/syringe.htm but my spore print is not in a jar, it's on an index card. Can someone recommend a sterile way to get the spores into the jar? Either that or an alternate method (link or direct instructions). Any help apreciated.

Someone once suggested to me, hmmmm lets think....Oh yeah, Take a small jar with a lid, perhaps a baby food jar (the taller ones have better seal) and after cleaning, punch one hole in the lid with a small nail. Decide hoe (I mean how) much water you will need. For example, if you have 6 half pints and you are going to put 2 ml in each one, you will need a minimum of 12 ml of distilled water. It might be wise to add 2-3 extra ml just for a little margin. Put in the jar. Place some water resistant tape over the hole you made in the lid and pressure cook it for 20 minutes or so with the lid just slightly loose (tighten upon removal from the pressure cooker). After cooling COMPLETELY, and working as clean as you possibly can, open the index card with the print exposed. Hold the print in one hand or place on a sterile surface and open the jar lid. Clean a small knife with 91% alcohol or flame. With the lid held over the top of the jar, scrape off a section of the print, making sure the purple dust falls in the jar. It takes surprisingly few spores to make a syringe although they can be made rather dense. Perhaps a guess would be a area about the size of a standard stamp for each 10-15 mls of water. More or less will also work nicely... Let the spore water sit covered for several hours if you like for better rehydration of the spores before use. The water can sit a couple of days if you like. Using a sterile syringe, flame the needle, poke it through the taped hole, tilt the jar and suck up the juice. You are ready to innoculate...
