Some cyanescens and fimetaria
    #3487396 - 12/12/04 06:07 PM (19 years, 3 months ago)

no one posts pics any more :smirk:

here are a few, finally made it out to check some places I've been neglecting today.  haven't posted pictures in a while so I figured I would.  the 3 days of warm rain last week did us well

I like it when they grow in tight clumps :smile2:

most of the patch, left a lot.  been fruiting since late october and there are new clumps there when I go look every week or so, the leaves keep them well hidden and covered from frost and it's on a south facing slope. probably my favorite spot this season, still pinning pretty heavily.

yup, they're done for the year

still a few of the supposed Ps. fimetaria fruiting, some nice bluing on the left specimen in the bottom pic

edit: added a few old fim pics I never posted

You and your damn potent PNW mushrooms! I gotta get my ass up there sometime to go hunting. That'd be sweet.

Nice finds, DH!

Another nice patch. I'm surprised so many turned tan considering all the rain we've had lately.
