Why when I click on a link?.........

Why is it when I click on a link on this site or any other, a small window opens? It used to open full page!..See pic.


Now, its no problem to expand but why is this happening?
I'm running Windows ME

It does that because of a popup that happened to be that size when it opened so when you closed the browser, IE automatically adjusted to that size. Not sure how you would go about fixing that though, I used to have the problem too until I switched to Firefox.

yeah ME and IE suck. you should use firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/central.html
