aren't these nice? i found them growing on logs in a shed. Must have kept them from freezing to death. They seem like very common mushrooms that i've seen many times before, but never in a beautiful cluster like here. I forgot the name though.

It very strongly reminds me of Flammulina velutipes. Check for a white spore print.

Looks like Flammulina velutipes to me too. There should be black fuzz at the base of the stems, a lack of annulus (ring) and as Alsius said a white spore print.
