Last night some friends camped out. Around 3 or 4 AM we decided we were sick of hanging out at the pool and we wanted to go hunting for shrooms. We walked over to a local field that covers an area of about an acer, maybe 2. The guy who owns the farm takes no fucking care of his animals, its very sad. Anyway he has a family of 3 donkeys oin this 1 acer lot, so there was alot of shit there. We searched for about 45 min to an hour and didnt find a single mushroom, most of the time I'll at least find some A. phalloides, or A. pantherina(sp?)... But we found nothing.
Hunting at night made me think of a question. Do most of you use a flash light if you hunt at night? Most farmers in my area live very close to their pastures, so I hesitated to use my flash light, but there was no moon so I couldn't see jack shit =\
Anytips you can give for hunting, at night or during the day would be appreciated(particulary in fields/pastures). I know a donkey field isn't the best place to go but hey- I used what I had =P
Thanx for the help,
BTW- L.K. I would espicaly like to hear some tips from you since you live in my area =)
