Whatever happened to the protests?

It was a big deal before the war began, seems like people would be more apt to march now that it has been almost 2 years of war and tens of thousands of people dead.

I guess they realized it was pointless because Bush isn't going to listen to them, plus the war has already started so there's no stopping it. I don't believe that we should have went to war in the first place but I think we need to finish what we started otherwise we went to war for nothing.

I don't think they were doing any good...I hate war myself unless you have to defend yourself in a war...

protests didn't get much done in the vietnam era, but at least there was a collective will being verbalized.

yeah theres been hundreds if not thousands of protests, marches, sit ins, demonstrations and rallies for the war in iraq, worldwide
