oh, i thought you were, and i thought it would be a cool idea to trip and to make a post about every insightful problem or idea you'd come up with. But the posts would probably be similar to this one...

Actually, it'd probably be full of a ridiculous quantity of fragments of unfinished thoughts that seem profound to the poster, but seem quite insane and completely incomprehensible to anyone else...

hehe, ya that's what i meant, that's why i said they'd probably all end up looking like this one:

"beliefs...mine are all correct, all of yours are incorrect"

now that seems like the kind of thing one would post under the influence of shrooms, nah?

Maybe spudamore will wake up in the morning, with a slight hangover, thinking, "damn, what kind of crazy stuff have i been writing up in the shroomery?"

yes beliefs are in the eye of the beholder...but are you implying we should disregard them since they are subjective?

if so..which ones are ok to keep and which ones aren't?

is there an ok belief?

Annnnnnd I had a light saber and my friend was there and I said "you look like an indian" and he said "you look like satan" and he found a stick and a rock and he named the rock ooga booga and he named the stick Stick and we both thought that was pretty funny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. I stepped on some glass while wading in the swamp and cut my foot open, didn't bother me til the next day either....yeah it was a good time, ended the night by buying some liquor for minors and drinking nips and going to he diner and eating chicken fingers, and then I went home and went to bed.---senior doobie

Yup, we should all respect those who took down the Twin Towers because they were acting on a deeply held personal belief. Amen.

Beliefs are merely filters that keep much of reality out.
