Very very odd growth...

My friend has two Ziploc containers growing mushrooms in vitro style. He has noticed what is stringy mycelium growth ON the inside of the container. There is a space (1-2 cm) between the container and the cake. From this growth on the inside of the container, there are little mushrooms growing. But the difference between these mushrooms and the ones from the cake are that these have a very light, caramel almost yellow color. The ones on the cake are brown/red. Has anyone ever seen this before? Thanks for you help.
