 What comes to mind when you see the letters "CP"?

Probably the same thing that comes to my mind! 
Today I was driving down the road and I saw a new Nevada lisence plate that I hadn't seen. They have all these special plates you can get here for different things. Each special plate has a unique 2-letter code for what it stands for. And part of the money from the plates goes to a special charity for whatever the plate represents.
Examples...
PF - Professional Firefighter
VF - Volunteer Firefighter
LV - Las Vegas 100th anniversary
PL - Pyramid Lake
LT - Lake Tahoe
AG - Agriculture
AR - Art
MX - Missing and Exploited children
...you get the idea
So today I am driving along and see this plate I had never seen. Its a Nevada specialty plate but the 2-letter code is...you guessed it..."CP"! I started laughing out loud at the thought of a specialty plate to benefit users of Cat Piss!!

Wierd enough i thought at first it was CCCP. So I guess the former Soviet Union came to mind first =/
