Can Contaminants be overtaken during the colonization period?

if a jar gets contaminated can the mycelium overtake it if its far enough along in the colonization period?

even if it does your grow is still bad. remember this little bit of info forever when you are growing "when in doubt throw it out"/ you can still have the possibility of your mushies being bad which can make you sick (worse case dead). so throw it away. what was the contam?

def. throw it out if its green :o bluegreen can be bruising though :o if the myc just turned blue thats okay.. if something greenblue grew, thats no good.

kinda early but my growth in one jar doens't look so white nay more its only specs of growth but kinda hard tot ell if its grey turning..it was deff white growth the other day so maybe its just my eyes playing tricks.
