Okay, well I cleaned off my casings of all existing verm casing layer. Then re-cased with coco-fiber(or as the package says SUPERSUBSTRATE). It has only been three days and there is already pins. My question is is this just an uneven 1st flush or can I consider this the second flush?

if this is the first time it is pinning then it is the first flush.
the reason for such quick pins is that wether you noticed or not they had already started forming below the verm...
i have had similar fast flushes because of re-casing...

It's pretty common to have a quick flush immediately following a new casing. This is your second flush if you already picked clean your first batch.
