The best help we can give is to read the info on this site. The hunting FAQ has the answer to your question.

find some fields with cows. You'll find dung shrooms where you live. The ones in the woods won't be psilocybes in your area, unless there are cows in those woods. You're not suppose to ask for specific locations here. If you've read the faq, then you should know the general areas that you should be looking.

Hey that's what I told you. You're in a prime location for finding mushrooms. If you are looking for actives, then look on cow shit in YOUR town. Just remember that trespassing is illegal.

Ok i apologize. Its just that u didnt say that. The best way is to get out and look. I hunted for hours and hours and hours before i found anything. I didnt mean to be rude. U just gotta get out there and look. Thats half the fun. it isnt the same if you knew where to look already.

Get in your car and drive around and check out the fields. Find one that is secluded from the road by woods. Park your car and go to that field and hunt. Be diligent and I'll bet you find some.

Fortunately cubes are very easy to identify. Look at some of the ones I posted from my hunt yesterday.

hey I live in the PNW, and it took me about 8 hours the first time I went. I only found about an eighth dry, I dont know man, if you cant handle hit and miss situations, wich I seem to run into alot, you may give up pretty quick. But I learn something new everytime I go out. Wether or not I come home empty handed, Im stoked. Definatly would rather come home with pounds but...yeah you get the picture. Heh, its kinda like fishing sometimes.

Im kinda close to you in Bryan, Texas. But I think your too late in the season to be finding much around here. I go picking about twice a week and lately the cold weather I think is killing shroom growth, cuz Im finding nothing now.
